Golden Age Fellowship

Welcome to the Golden Ages Fellowship ministry at SMG. We are delighted to provide weekly prayer and fellowship for our senior members in our community.

Our Golden Age Fellowship meet every Monday at 10.30am for a Paraklesis service, a supplication prayer to the Theotokos, followed by a light meal.

Our ministry also offers a variety of activities tailored to the interests and needs of our Golden Age community, this include Bible study sessions with Fr Michal and guest speakers on important topics to enrich and support our community members.

We also organise age-appropriate exercises, from gentle chair exercises to low-impact movements, our exercise sessions promote physical well-being and health.
